1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all West Malaysia states.

International/East Malaysia shipping is available upon request (please contact us for rates and delivery times).

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Time

West Malaysia: Estimated 2–5 business days.

East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): Estimated 5–8 business days.

International Orders: Delivery time depends on destination and courier, usually 7–21 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, festive seasons, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Fees

West Malaysia:
0-3kg : RM8
3-4kg : RM12
>4kg : RM15

International/East Malaysia: Quoted separately.

Free shipping is available for orders above RM200 (West Malaysia only, unless otherwise stated).

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email/SMS to monitor your delivery status.

6. Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate. We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect addresses.

If the courier returns your parcel due to failed delivery attempts, re-delivery charges may apply.
